Animal Totem & Spirit Class with Kimberly Anne
Join us for Kimberly Anne's class on animal totems & spirits on Sunday, May 18th, from 1-3pm. Call/text (203) 516-7203 to register or register in person at the shop. 10% shop discount on class days for all class participants.
Here is the outline for the class:
- 10-15 minute brief introduction about animal totems/spirits
- 25 minute guided meditation to connect with animals
- Debriefing and discussing what the animals mean and if they are primary or secondary totems
- How to continue to connect with and incorporate the animal teaching into everyday life
- Mini group animal reading
- Closing meditation
