Lucky Cat or ‘Maneki-Neko’ is a common Japanese figurine believed to bring good luck. The symbolism, the origins, the legends - all very rich and extensive but ultimately uncertain. I’m just going with the GOOD LUCK angle and the cute graphics - works for me!
